Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy ("Policy") forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders placed on artworkupgrade.com ("Service"). By completing a purchase, you agree to this Policy.
1. Digital-Only Delivery
ArtworkUpgrade is an instant digital-delivery service. We do not sell, dispatch or ship any physical goods. There are no couriers, tracking numbers, customs charges or shipping fees associated with any order. Every deliverable is an electronic file made available over the internet.
2. What You Receive
- A vectorised output of the image you uploaded, in the format(s) chosen at checkout (for example SVG, PDF, EPS, AI, DXF).
- Access to download the file(s) directly from the success screen after payment.
- A confirmation email sent to the email address entered at checkout, containing the same download links for your records.
3. Delivery Timelines
Files are generated and made available immediately upon successful payment, typically within a few seconds to a couple of minutes. The confirmation email is dispatched at the same time and should arrive within minutes, depending on your email provider.
In rare cases where our systems are under unusual load, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your files within 24 hours of a successful payment, please contact support with your Razorpay Payment ID.
4. Delivery Channels
- On-screen download: download buttons appear on the success screen as soon as your payment is verified.
- Email: a copy of the download links is emailed to the address provided at checkout.
5. Download Window
Download links remain active for a limited period after delivery (typically 7 days) so that you can re-download your files if needed. We recommend saving a local backup of the files immediately after download. If your link has expired and you still need the file, please contact support with your Razorpay Payment ID and we will do our best to assist.
6. Delivery Failures
Where a payment has been captured but download links are not generated or the confirmation email is not received, this is treated as a delivery failure. Please contact support within 7 days and we will either re-deliver the files or refund the transaction in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
The most common causes of non-delivery are a mistyped email address or the confirmation email being filtered to spam. Please check your spam folder and re-verify your email address before contacting support.
7. No Shipping Charges
Because all deliverables are digital, no shipping, handling, courier or delivery charges apply to any order. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable, inclusive of applicable taxes.
8. International Access
The Service is available globally wherever supported payment methods are available. Prices are displayed in your local currency where detected. Your bank or card issuer may apply foreign-exchange or cross-border fees independently of us; any such charges are not controlled by, nor refundable from, ArtworkUpgrade.
